Please Note: Socail Events refers to all non-wedding gatherings, such as birthday's, anniversaries, holiday parties, family reunions, and other personal celebrations.

From the planning to the design, this option allows you to take a step back and let us do all of the work. With support, expert planning, venue selection, design guidance, and vendor selection assistance during the entire planning process, you will have nothing to worry about. We use a collaboration approach to communicate your vision to all vendors. We are here every step of the way!​​

Full Planning & Design includes:

• Initial details meeting 

• Up to 5 planning  sessions

• Budget assessment & oversight 

• Venue research & recommendations 

• Personalized timelines

• Vendor referrals & management

• Contract review & negotiation

• Assist with creation of save the dates, invites, programs, & menus

• Assist with color combinations and overall design concept 

• Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design & tablescape decor 

• Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings & other decor 

• Managing of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, & staging

• Execution of design concept 

• Coordination with venue staff

• Creation & distribution of event day timeline to all vendors 

• Event day management, main point of contact throughout event - Up to  6 hours, $125 per additional hours

• Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendor

• (1) Lead & (1) Assistant 

• Unlimited email correspondence

• Unlimited phone calls/text during business hours only

To ensure that we maintain the high standards and cohesive aesthetic our brand is known for, we have a minimum decor requirement for all events. This allows us to deliver the quality and experience that aligns with our design, vision, and commitment to excellence.

Kids Events: $4,000 decor minimum

Social Events: $5,000 decor minimum
